Gamestop Opens Nintendo 3DS Pre-Orders, $100 Credit Toward Nintendo 3DS When You Trade In A DS Lite, DSi or DSi XL
GameStop just announced that it is now taking pre-orders at GameStop.com for Nintendo’s revolutionary new handheld gaming system, 3DS. Both the Cosmo Black and Aqua Blue colors are currently available to pre-order in stores and online at http://www.gamestop.com/3ds.
Beginning Monday, Jan. 24, customers who trade in a DS Lite, DSi or DSi XL towards the purchase of a Nintendo 3DS will receive in-store credit up to $100. See store for details. Nintendo 3DS will be available March 27, 2011 for $249.99 online and at all North American GameStop locations. Gamestop will also have 3DS available for demo in its stores sometime in late March. I want to get my hands on this thing first, I’m still not sure how the 3D technology might affect your eyes over the long term.
